where to get a radiator cover?

I see alot of engine bay pics of Protege's with a metal cover over the grill/radiator area...Where can I get one of these for my 2003P5?
Or have most people made them themselves?

There is also the custom made one i believe were made by a member a while ago.. For example on can be seen on bigwoofers car. Im not to sure how to get one but they certainly looks good.

Call me skeptical, but I don't think it functionally does squat. Appearance-wise, yeah maybe.

Doesn't do anything... lol just for looks. CF? I think you could get one made, but I have seen some in some 240s... not too nice.
