Valve Cover Problem

I have a bolt on the top of my vavle cover that is rusted and almost stripped. Anyone know a way I can get it off? I have a stripped bolt kit, but there is no space around the bolt to fit a socket wrech to get it off. Any suggestions?

I have some Needle Nosed Vice Grips that would get in there $10.
