Is there a new 2006 SVT focus?

I saw this 4 door focus yesterday looked like it had a body kit but it looked to good to be something aftermarket and then today i saw this one at the dealership looked pretty badass had a whole body kit plus a 2003.5 lookalike wing.

Ive also seen this focus! I work at best buy and I saw a for with a ss cobolt wing look alike but wasnt for sure, now I know. I'll steal some pictures next time I see it.
