ok guys befor i get flamed i did a search and im sorry to say im more confused than when i started im going to get them 1 heat range colder but i dont know if i should get extended reach or not and if they should be platinum, copper or iridium

I really depends on preference, how often you plan on changing the plugs and $$$. Ask JDM Sam he helped me.

late- I'm a newb on here, so I guess you can take all this with a grain of salt, but I did the same as you. I looked at every damn link on here dealing with sparkplugs! I finally decided on the Denso Iridium IK22s (which are 1 rating colder than stock and pregapped to .32). I had NGK ZFR7Fs (copper) previously installed. After installing the Densos, my car idled ALOT smoother. It seemed like the throttle response was a little better, but only having put 400 miles on my car, I can't swear by it.
I picked them up at a local Carquest for $10.69 a piece (they're NOT cheap!). I guess time will only tell as far as wear is concerned.
Just my .02 worth!

I have been running the ZFR7F's in the summer, ZFR6F's in the winter. No problems and they are cheap.

It was fine. I had the mods in my sig plus the Ion FMIC rather than the current SMIC.

Yeah, I was thinkin about goin to thees. I got the NGK BKR7EIX-11, and they`re for constant high rev/high boost. Need some race plugs ONLY? Get those. For daily driving I think NGK ZFR7F (1 heat range colder) gapped at .032 are the best. I think the NGK ZFR7F are actually marine (boat motor) plugs. PZFR6F-11 are stock and stock gap is .044. NGK BKR7E or BKR7E-11 gapped at .032 are good too. http://www.sparkplugs.com/results_app.asp?productTypeID=1&AAIA=1416822

Simple answer, get some NGK Laser platinum PZFR6F-11, stock no 3271's and forget about it. Copper plugs will not last long, so they will not last as long as the platinums. I run higher boost and have no problems with these plugs. They come pregapped so don't change it.

aww, come on... Those BKR7E or BKR7E-11 are really good. And I`ve talked to a couple of people who fine tune their cars with the mods they have and they swear by the ZFR7F @ .032. Running 1 heat range colder on higher than stock boost is a very good idea. It will give you a little bit of a fudge factor in case SOMETHIN` happens and detonation rears its ugly head. boom...
