Finally got some sunshine here. Figured I'd try and get a good picture or two of the new paint scheme...

I took the air ride out when the turbo went in. Problem with air ride was no traction at times, and turbo would have really magnified that. Plus I needed the space for the motorized bumper.

I personally liked it better all yellow, but that is just me. What a way to stand out!

it looks really good. did you paint the inside of the hatch black from the window up? i can see some yellow through where the hatch meets the c-pillar in the second pic..not trying to nit-pick just noticed it..

One side is painted, but the hatch itself isn't because I will be doing a stereo reconstruction this spring, so I'm holding off doing anything to the inside of the hatch until the new fiberglassing is done, just in case I need to follow some different lines inside

Weird thing is I just checked the car and you cannot see the yellow from any angles, must be some weird reflection thing going on

I don't want to even lie....I am getting a P5 just to imitate a 10th of what you have done....Its so perfect I cant even see changing anything...Except the yellow showing through as mentioned...I would take care of it with black vinyl similar to what seperates the front and rear doors.(2thumbs)

Nah, I took about 12 different pictures of each pose from the tripod. I was playing around with the different speed, aperature, iso, etc settings on my SLR. Some show the yellow worse than others, not sure why. So I just grabbed a better one of the set from that angle (there were 11 to choose from). I only took about 200 pictures to get these 2 which I figured were post worthy
