Tranny part Look!!!!!!!!!

Okay I pulled apart the tranny finally this weekend and this is what I found. It is a gear slider for 3 - 4 gears w/ out this I cant take it out of 3rd. In the pic your gonna see that a Little piece has broken off and in the other pic is of how it should be. I talked to one of the guys in the mazda parts dept. and he said to be very careful that a lot of trannies are going because of how cheap the material is. The bad thing is if you take your tranny to get fixed they see this and charge you for a new tranny 2,700, used tranny 850 and for the gears slider $32.10 SO SHIFT CAREFULLY!!!!
