Mazda Gold Badging

Hi,

I recently strapped my sp20 with 18' gold/champagne coloured HP rims.

Thought it would add a nice touch by changing the standard silver coloured badging to a similar colour as the rims, i.e goldish..

I have seen gold Mazda badging in colours other than the standard silver, is this something ppl have done themselves or can you purchase these? I have called Mazda to see if I could purchase them thru them, but you cant.

Take the badges off, sand them down, primer, re-paint them with gold metallic spraypaint.

i have seen Proteges, Protege5, and Tributes with gold badging... maybe is part of a dealer package (shrug)
