Proteges Autocrossing

The Toronto Protege Club has about 8 guys who autocross regularily, and 7 of us are entered for the season in the CASC-OR(like SCCA) Ontario Region Championship. A 91 Protege GT and a Mazdaspeed Protege cam in 1-2 for the entire series last year. This year, Proteges are at or near the top of their classes(except me...pretty much the only guy in the series running street tires). Everyone is running on Kumho V710s(except me and my budget Nexen tires on 17s).

lol, it wasn't easy... with this heat, the tires actually became a bit greasy during my last two runs, so I pretty much had to sit there and watch as a really quick STI and a couple Miata's ran trying to catch up... fortunately I pulled it off!

Oh..sorry. For the record, I'm picking up a couple of AO32Rs for $50 each in a couple weeks. So I'm going to buy the other two brand new, so I can finish the season on Rs. Hopefully I can drop at least 2 seconds off my times....
