looks good, did you notice the car accelerating faster with the smaller wheels? What size tires are you running.

haven't even gotten to take it out yet, but they're only 16 lbs so they'll definately help.

205/50/16, i used a tire plus sizing calculator i found on google to get the closest possible same sizing tire. these are about 3. inches smaller altogether than the stockers.

whats up with the lip? looks like its hanging from 2 bolts or something, dont look right

yea, I mean no offense but i gotta ask, does anybody think that lip looks better than an autoexe replica or mintblue, or 03.5 stock, or mp3/p5 stock? IMO it is the absolute worst modification I have seen for the front of a protege. I like the ES front end with fog lights better, or even that wierd "evo" front end that looked outrageous. This piece seriously looks homemade to me

I think it helps the sleeper look though since it looks awful and thus makes your car less assuming.

i mean, its okay, i guess...its not horrid, but it just doesnt look like it fits right...it doesnt really flow into the bumper, i dunno, looks weird to me.

car shmar... who's the chick in the background with the pony tails!!!!!!!!!!!!

what lip is that?

the ckick is my girlfriend. back off! hehe b00sted and JCell got my back on that! (werd)

the lip is carbon creations (used to be CF but i cracked it... see pic.) and used to fit very well but it is definately at an awkward slant, and i'm taking it off soon. i wanna do the mod that i saw on this guy;s cardomain page (it was chopstickhero i believe) but i can't find out how or what to buy.

*EDIT*
found the page
http://www.cardomain.com/member_pages/view_page.pl?page_id=226465

any ideas on how to take the lip off without damaging anything (it's body kit taped. no bolts or anything)

in other news, i9 FOUDN THAT LIP, it's from a dodge SPIRIT, not shadow like it says on the page... WOOT! i think this entails a trip to the junkyard.

no the lip on there isn't from the spirit, that lip is carbon creations, i bought it and it used to look real good, then i cracked it and they painted it and reinstalled it bad. however i found a col DIY mod of an old dodge spirit lip that looks very good, THAT'S what i was talking about.

i'm not going to take it off until i find someone to buy it.

please read the whole thread and THEN chime in.
