had a photoshoot tonite with the SE

at least this one has the same motor as the protege, silly 2.5 guy's ... but it was kinda treaturous weather tonite, lotsa real sticky snow, made the tree's look cool, plus in weather like this the road by my moms house always floods, so before it got to deep i wanted to get some shots of me parked in the middle of it, here they be...

1) flash was on auto, but i think it looks kinda cool with the tail lights reflection in the water...
2) i didn't tell anyone, but i secretly put a dual exahust on the car, and put the flame throwers on it as well, look how big the flames get!!!!! (confused)
3-5) at a local park, pictures aren't as clear as i'd like, but they are alright

AAAAAAAAH rio red!!!!!! i've owned 3 rio red probes, 1 89 LX, 2 94 GT's, i lucked out with the SE and got laser red ...

didn't realize you were on these boards nylie, although i do vaugly remember you referencing being here on PT at one point ... and this was more or less a "cool pictures" post, as opposed to a showing off my probe post, its just an SE, nothing terribly special ...

LOL My frend referes to SE as s*** edition. But i tend to disagree. Probe is Probe, I love them all although GT is of course more special : P

if anything the base probe would be the s*** edition, slowest, ugliest, worst of both worlds, at least the SE has the GT ground effects and real rims as opposed to hub caps ... i never liked the 2.0's either, but the MSP and SE have changed my mind, its a nice little motor...

I love my 2.0! I love how light and nimble the car is. It gets better gas mileage than a lot of gt's and it has enough power to suffice for me. It's the handling which I'm more interested in.

and at one point i looked through a gallery of pictures of yours (nylie), but from what i could see the car looked relativly the same, so i dunno if i have or not, theres a good chance i have and just dont remember tho ...

I have some old photos I dont think I've ever posted, or have posted in the past 4 years of how the car first looked. What the hell, here is one only after a few months of ownership. I bought the car in May 00, and this was taken in Feb 01.

ah, base probeness , i actually got into probes because of a base, a good friend of mine got a 94 base with like 60K original miles as his first car, naturally i ended up fixing everything on it and so i found PT, then i found my 89 LX locally, decided i wanted a 2g, found my 94 GT shortly after...

yours is really clean tho, do you ever plan on putting gfx on it? or just leave it the way it is, i kinda like the way it looks without side skirts...

Thanks. Not sure if Im going to do anything more to it since I rarely drive it. Im on the fence if I'll sell it, but until I know I can live without ever seeing it again, it stays put.

I've brought my car a long way since I first got it. Right now, it's just a matter of basic maintence since I put more energy and focus into the 3.

ya, other than some easy stuff that i can do without spending money, the probe has been put on hold (eventually i'd like to have it be a "semi-show" type car, that i drive daily), i want to go fast before i look good, so the protege comes first ...
