i got winter tires for my sis's mazda3 too, they were fukin $1063.11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i got them at costco! mazda was going to charge me almost 1200 + gst for crappy yoko's, thats rip off written all over it. mine were only $750

How are the Michelin X-Ice? Did you get a chance to try your sis's car with them? I've got Arctic Alpins, but I heard the X-Ice replaced those.

Only flaw I've noticed with this car and snow is the rear spolier.

It can get packed in there between the truck and the top of the spoiler.

I can't believe how much that costs. I just bought some 205/50R16 Pirelli Wintersport 210 tires for my 03 ES for $400. Granted, I work at the place I got them from so I got some discounts, but if I hadn't had discounts it would've cost $550-600.

That's Canada vs. the US there - the prices listed sound about right. I got quoted about $860 for 195/50/16 Pirelli 210s......

Em - I just got some Nokian WR's on my stock rims, so I can use them in the summer if I don't have the cash to buyt some nice summer-only rims. They were $912 for a set of 4 205/50/16s.

That's true. Also, the 195/50R16s were about $20-25 (USD) per tire more than the 205s, and I like the bigger look of the 205s better anyways.
