GI FS Fuel Pressure Gauge Setup

I am thinking about putting together a fuel pressure gauge setup like I have on my car and selling for a pretty darn good price. I get this stuff pretty cheap through work, so I thought I'd pass it on to everybody else.

-2 1/16" All Stainless Steel 100psi liguid filled gauge (or higher if you want just tell me what you need. Next step up is 160psi)
-Brass 5/16 Barbed "T"
-Brass 5/16 Barbed x 1/4 Female NPT
-Shipping

$25 to anywhere in the US.

For an additional $20 I will include:
-The aluminum mounting bracket, bent and tapped to fit right on
-2' of 200 psi hose
-4 "T" clamps

So $45 total for the complete kit, Shipped with tracking numbers and insurance.

The gauge alone retails for about $40

Thats a pretty damn good deal when you figure autometer wants probably at least $50 for a ton cheaper gauge with no clamps or mounting. And probably that cheap ass 1/8" plastic tube that came with my oil pressure gauge from them.

I'll even gaurantee the gauge for a year. If it goes bad just ship it to me with a copy of your paypal reciept, and I'll ship you another one for free!

I have some SS braided hoses and flex pipes, and a cooler for sale in the for sale section also.
i'd like to get in on one of those!!

Really easy. The bracket goes under the 2 bolts in front of the strut tower, then you just cut your fuel line and put in the "t"

That would work if you have an aftermarket regulator like i do. Another option is to pull off you fuel rail and drill/tap it for 1/8" npt (easy) then just attach a barbed fitting to there. Another option wold be to somehow find the wierd fittings that are on our fuel lines and make an adapter that used the barbed "t" and then would plug back into the rail.
If anybody knows were to get those wird "click" fittings let me know and make them an option too.

i'm in. i'll be boosting shortly and this will be a wecome addition. i'll pay[al you this week. thanks!

For ever i guess. I can always get the stuff to put it together.

I just shipped the kit to Bazooka Joe, and I ended up loosing about $3 on the whole thing. I'm not trying to make any money on this, but I did change the complete kit price to $45 so I'm not loosing money.
Andrew

I also put a pic of the complete kit on the first post.

Hows about $999!! :)

Dont worry about it. Just tell people how much you like it when you get it, hows that?

What cost me more than I figured was the hose and clamps. I had to get them from Napa so they would be here sooner, instead of my parts supplier at work. So it cost me almost $18 for just those alone! What a rip off.

I also changed the design a little to make it easier to mount the gauge. On yours, I tapped the hole in the bracket so the gauge would screw in tight, then the barbed adapter. On mine I sandwiched the bracket between the gauge and the adapter, then used washers to make it tight. Yours is better I think.

Hope you like it!

Cool. You should really like it. Let me know how it goes on. I test fit it on mine, so it should fit perfectly for you.
