just making sure...i know these are early proto's but you will have a screen frame like the wrx sti's right???

the screen fit is pretty damn good..how are they mounted?

its not mounted yet... they were just sitting in there for the pics... and it will have mesh but the mesh will go on after i cut out the "FLYIN M".... so that way the light is shown through the
"M"

You may want to do some temperature testing, as this is going to SERIOUSLY heat up the fog lights when they are turned on. Maybe not enough to do damage with the 35W bulbs, but still might be a concern.

I'll probably still buy a set though!

how bout just a straight up rectangle shaped frame and mesh like on the wrx????

for the mesh it would be easy to use a decal as a mask and paint on whatever logo we want (zoom-zoom, MS, etc...)

i got a place in so cal, tg race designs, that can print anything.

if you want custom logos just put it on CD and they can do it. They can already do the basic "zoom-zoom" or whatever.

i beleive the price is around $5 for two foglight cover size decals. I can call and get an exact estiamte if you want.

my freind gets a ton of decals from them, hence the cheap price

attached are the WRX foglight covers my friends did for reference.

these are not real STI's...they are bootleg covers that came in white. Duplicolor black and clear coat were used to match the paint and then it was waxed and polished shiny.

for the STI logo a decal was used as a mask and then it was sprayed black.

even up close it's hard to tell the difference between these and real STI's
