While the relay is switching the +12V on the motor, the other side of the motor is connected to a MOS-FET, which is controlled by your front climate control unit, and connects to ground.     looks like you don't want heat/ac/defroster etc to happen. In that case you should remove the fuses indicated in the pdf.

    I agree. Normally you would expect a low pass filter and maybe that is in the stock subwoofer. The workshop manual shows the wiring going as I indicated.

The PINK (-) and blue/green are from the LH speaker, the grey(-) and brown from the RH speaker. It looks that the bass box only uses the LH speaker...
