I recommend sourcing something privately of course....if you go to a mazda dealer this will be you...and you ain't pitching (butthump)
They were fine in the dry, and great in the dry twisties, but any amount of weather turned them into crap. I could only imagine NY winters...my cheap kumho asx's did great though through heavy snow
I ran mine at 40 psi. God I hated those proxes...absolute crap in any kind of real "all season" weather situation. Got a dusting of snow and couldn't get out of the mall parking lot......
I would go straight MT90, its proven, and its a great fluid. I get a discount on Amsoil so I used Amsoil Severe Gear and its like butter, but more temperature sensitive than the MT90, meaning on cold days the Amsoil shifts better after warm up. Some cold region P5s have reported that MT90...
Agreed. Plus that tip is just too ricer for me. I ordered a similar catback with the intentions of replacing the tip. The "stainless" rusted within a week and the fitment was absolutely horrible.
I had a custom catback built for 250 and have never looked back.
I have the fog mod and yellow Nokya's off ebay. Great light output and pretty sexy around sundown with the just the fogs and a silver (the fastest color) P5 (hippy)
