It wasn't meant to be driven. It was a rolling display of the Dodge V10... and this is almost 10 month old news. A few are expected to be sold. Mostly to car and cycle collectors such as Jay Leno.

My roomate works at a retail store... one of the light posts (the friggin tall ones) fell over. Crushed 2 employees' cars. I guess the manager had just gotten a new fully loaded Grand Prix... The store replaced both cars. They also checked the other light poles and found 3 out of the other...

the extractor is called an easy out... Get a small titanium drill bit and drill a small hole in the center. Then put the easy out in the drill and it should back the bolt out.
