Thanks very much!! Edit: I looked on the K&N site and the closest filter they had was this one: http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=RU-4960 The only difference is the height is 5.5", all other dimensions are the same. I am guessing this is probably the same filter.

Ok Wurf... I will look into them. As soon as I can verify a size, I will swap out my old one. (I have 36,000 miles on her...so I figure it is about time.)

9" length! Are you sure about that? There are three measurements: the base outside diameter, the top outside diameter, and the height (length). I didn't see any filters close to that length on the K&N site when matching up to a Mazda CAI. I want to get a filter that is close (or exact)...

Sorry this is bit off topic, but a search turned up nothing. Does anyone know the dimensions on the MS CAI AEM filter so I can replace it with a K&N? I can't seem to find the numbers anywhere on the net. (Only the filter for about 70 bucks...)

My ex girlfriend had a 2006 Vibe.... That thing was a dog! A hill would just about cripple that car.

Does anyone know for certain if there are any killer mod kits for the new Vibe GT? All I know is that from a roll (10 mph) to legal highway speeds (in this case 65), I barely inched out on this guy. I was WOT and I am no 18 year old who just got his license. Something was up on his car....

Finding a good shop is the hardest part of all. There are so many things that could go wrong... not just with the car, but even the work / price could be over-inflated. I am by no means a car expect, but I try to do a little research first so I at least have a rough idea what I am looking at...
