Welcome @JMSZoomZoom...Good question, I did a bit of searching and did not find an exact answer although it seems it could be in the range of 27–32 lbs (12.2–14.5 kg).

Interesting point...There was some speculation before that this might happen...One thing that has proven to be true is that what Mazda ends up doing is often unexpected.
Seems Mazda is set on expanding their suv/crossover type model lineup, not reducing it so continuing the CX-5 in this way...
