Discount Tire flash sale 4/13-14

Discount tire is having a flash sale w/ $50 off and free shipping. It seems like a good deal. I used their tire selector and when I get to the check out it has the wrong zip code. I can't figure out how to get the zip code changed.

They seem to be pushing the shipping, a lot like Tire rack, maybe to help flagging sales?

I have always bought tires locally, although I have ordered tires from Wal-Mart 'ship to store' and then had their Auto center install and balance.
I can't find DT's rates for mount and balance but I hope if I purchase them from DT they would be reasonable.
Does DT have a different web site for local stores vs 'online'?

I found there are two different web sites.
DT and DTD.

The tires I want need to be ordered from someplace in either case.

I might just wait.
