CX-9 AC Drain Tube Location?

Hey all,

Anyone know where the front a/c evap drain tube exits the vehicle on the 2020 CX-9? I'd like to shoot up a can of some evap cleaner into it to clean out the mildew smell from the box but can't locate the tube. Tried to search videos everywhere but only get results for the first gen not second gen. So frustrating.

ChatGPT is convinced it’s in the same general location as the previous generation. Did you jack the car up and rule that out?

I did but it's nowhere to be found

If it is like the older gen then end of the drain is hidden behind a heat shield. If you run the AC with the vehicle lifted for a while you should be able to spot the drips perhaps?

That’s a good suggestion. May get you close enough to then spy it visually.
