Start button blinking in orange

Hello, I purchased a Mazda cx5 2020 about a month ago. From the first moment a problem appeared, the start button light flashes orange all the time, even while driving. The possibility of coding the signs was checked and ruled out, is the problem known? How can this be fixed?

It indicates something is wrong with the starting system, most likely a bad battery.

Even while driving? Is the history of this car known? Was it rebuilt?

You'll have to replace the Park/Gear selection switch located under the shifter if the car has a console. Just did one today and it takes about 45 minutes. It's a dealer part only so make sure you have the vehicles VIN with you. There are many videos on YouTube that illustrate installation. If you don't have a console which would be rare I have no idea of this parts location.

In order for the car to start, you have to satisfy four conditions:
1: Key FOB present.Even if the FOB's battery is dead bringing it next to the push button it will start
2: Your foot has to be pushing on the brake pedal which will illuminate a key imoji in the cluster
3: The vehicle must be in PARK
4: The battery must have proper charge

If the brake lights light up when the pedal is pushed, it's not the stop lamp switch, if the batteries good it's not that, if the FOB will unlock/lock the car the FOB is OK. That leaves the most obvious -
the car doesn't know it's in PARK (see my post above) or the start circuit has an issue. If you don't see a green key imoji your start system is deactivated. Check the corresponding fuses or the actual start relay. You can check for power at the start relay contacts for 12 volts when you press the start button with the relay pulled - #85 and #86 are the relay coil terminals (ground and positive respectively) but your relay may not be standard. Sad to say, you may have to make a visit to the dealer if the proper values are not present and do not pull in the relay contacts to activate the starter. It will make a clicking sound. You can also substitute another relay in the relay box to verify if the relays good or junk. Good luck "undigo"!
