2013 Mazda6 Oil Leak Cause?

I am looking to buy a 2013 mazda 6 and a pre-purchase inspection revealed oil residue at the front and rear of the engine, and at the transmission pan. Can you tell me likely cause and cost to fix? Thanks!

That is not a significant concern at all. usually, this type of oil "sweating" at the gasket reseals itself. unless it is spilling oil everywhere, it doesn't "need" repair.
