Yeah. Founders is kinda cheap $$ wise and readily available. I get 4 16oz cans of Blue Point Mosaic Session for $4.99.
Spring Fever is Lawson's original session IPA. U must be talking about super session 2.
You need to get up to Stowe and get some of the Alchemists Focal Banger. Fantastic IPA, but at 7%.

Oh that is Lawson's..here's the deal they're outsourcing to two roads in Stratford, CT now so we're slowing gaining access to more of their stuff up until a week ago all I had from them was Super #2 and Sip of Sunshine (good but overrated imo) that is until I picked up a 6 of Super #8 which for me to date is the best session ipa (big fan of the Mosaic bud) oh Breaking Bud also pretty damn good although not technically a session I suppose.
Buddy of mine brought that and few of their others back for me- focal banger- quality stuff but just over the top- a 1 and done kind of beer for me..
Heady Topper? ACK! Sellin that s*** with both hands fn hated it! I do need to get back up to northern VT- lot of nice stuff coming out of there..
Hobo Life (MA)? Oh Yes! New England in general..speaking of- Sea Hag/Gandhi Bot oh sorry G Bot- had those? Maybe just a CT thing.

Ever try Maine Beer Company's Peeper Pale Ale? Best in the world in my opinion. Their double IPA dinner is also world class, and has people driving up from Virginia, Ohio etc just for a single case.

That's the thing I like the dankness (not always) breaking bud certainly is but focal is (and I was shocked) just too much- not refreshing in any way.
Yeah love Maine- just not their pricing..Lunch but more so Another One are the ones I'll pay up for- I like MO too but at 6 or 7.99 its just a poor value. Don't know if I've seen/tried Dinner..
I missed line about BP Mosaic- this was THE beer for me for years but they changed it a bit seems and so pissed we don't get the damn cans- what a steal!! Found them in DE but I can't get them 60 minutes from where they make it! My 2017 go to is 12pk of Super #2 for 21.99- its worth 2 or 0 dollars more than 12 BP Mosaics all day long.

Maine Beer Co is raking in the $$ due to their high end single bottle philosophy. You should see their brewery expansion under way. Millionaires in just a few years.
Blue point is good for the wallet. Lawson's is better but mostly unattainable here locally. Super session is okay to me but my GF loves it. Prohibition pig has some awesome house ales too. Then there's hillstead farm...

Haha...Not surprised w/Maine- I told my buddy who's a pretty good homebrewer in his own right (better with my guidance which started with a clone of Green Flash West Coast IPA years ago) there is a market for high end beer and boy has it ever exploded..good for them.

I was hoping to be one of their competitors about 4 years back. Then my GF was diagnosed with cancer while we were looking for a location and it ruined our finances for a bit. She's better now, but it Changed our outlook on financial risk, health insurance needs, etc.
Maybe in 3-5 years I'll have the balls to resurrect and go with the plan.

Hell no doubt tell you you're drinking the wrong beer. His ear is better than the combined R&D departments at Mazda and the multi million dollar oil supplier. After all, the engine is "10X quieter", that should drop it down from 70Db to about 7 if that's how you measure it all by changing from 0W/20 to 5W/30! Heck, if only Mazda had asked him they could have shon Lexus a thing or two with that electric thing. Walter Mitty uses the same oil.

That's not how dB measurements work, as they are logarithmic.
That said, Nissan got several dB sound decrease by using oil that adhered better to the DLC coatings used in the VQ37 engine's valvetrain.

Do you seriously think the R&D of Mazda bothered switching to 0w20..? No sir.... it was the CAFE requirements that demanded this change for essentially every new auto manufacturer to squeeze every last drop of efficiency out of every vehicle in order to improve corporate averages. Great for the big brands, not so good for YOU and your OWN personal vehicle. I take 0w with a grain of salt after seeing 5w30 become the norm for over a decade now and reading up on the CAFE s***.
my hatred for Mobil 1... well... Ive tried quite a few different oils and found that my engine consumed it at the quickest pace of them all.. castrol was better, but not by much. They are on the lower end of the oils Ive tried. You guys havent tried using 5w30 oil yourselves, so you dont understand what Im talking about when I say that the engine is quieter and smoother. Why dont you all try it yourselves since youre so skeptical? Instead of believing what you read online, try it yourself and pick what oil you think is best from your own personal findings. Stop being a bunch of damn sheep.
