How long did the oil caps take to ship once they were despatched? I am taking the estimate from here rather than those of your cam gears...

they were sent on the 23rd of dec - got them 31st jan. but that was from canada.

my cam gears were apparently sent the same way i want the shifter stuff to come...they were sent on the 21st of dec (apparently)...still havent arived....but i'm not so sure that is a usps issue...

So anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks then, assuming by 31 jan you meant 31 Dec!

i think it all comes down to when planes leave etc...might get lucky and a plane leaves the next day...or we might miss one and have to wait a week or something

yeah, i'm gonna make a crazy guess and assume they went by surface mail (your cam gears)

airmail is good, but can be unpredictable, but surface mail is much the same... just time between shipments is greater

yeah.... well they wouldn't negotiate with me on even using usps.... i had to use ups, and had to pay a fortune, so i never bothered to fix up my corner indicators

hey you should see if you can get japanese headlights for yours - with sepearate high and low beam lights. it'll be prob the only in oz. have you thought about the same model sport20 front bumper bar too?

Hi Billy,

The shoulder that holds up the shift boot on the Protege 5 is set higher than that of the MP3/Mazdaspeed. We have a shifter specifically for the MP3 which has a longer section above the shoulder.

Just make a note in the group buy that your part should be part # MP30103SA.

Hi we are doing a G/B from Australia. I have a new gear knob(off of a MSP 2003.5) but it will not fit my car its hitting the flat part of the shifter before it reachers the theads will i need to order a diffrent shifter then the rest. Thx Billy Hay

all - just got an email from the company that's supplying the shifters - there's a bit of a backlog @ TWM and they wont get them all in to their shop for 1-2 weeks (waiting on 4 they said), then 1-2 weeks to get here

andy i dream of my car having the sport 20 gear,

not too sure about the lights, but am thinking it over..... just gonna cost a lot for a bumper bar thats all.... i'm trying to get in contact with some people to get it done as a local custom job

on the plus the headlights have angel eyes built in i thinks....

I see i am on a four day break thats my excuse Andys at work so what is your excuse james i think maybe you live on the forum
So Andy will you get back to me with what they say about the MP3 stick as i realy like the MP3 knob.
It will sit about 3/4inch lower then the stock knob as the threads are all the way up the top of the knob compared to the bottom like the stocky.
