Synthetic from the factory?

Most dealers use the cheapest bulk oil they can find. My Mazda dealer uses this "Preferred Choice" 0W-20 synthetic oil for "standard" oil change unless you specify Mazda Moly oil and pay $10 extra:

Well, this is exactly what I was saying. Lol

After I got f***** in the @$$ by the dealer losing my lifetime free changes, yep. I'm happy to stay away from the stealership too!

How did you lose your lifetime free oil change?

Dealer sold to another local dealer group. Their lifetime free oil changes program was apparently not part of the deal. The new dealer group won't honor it.

Will legally speaking, I would understand if the new dealer group would not honor it because the contract for free oil change involves your dealer and you. However, ABN you check your contract with your dealer if there's a fineprint regarding that? Can you enforce or tell your dealer to honor your contact with them? I think the your dealer is suppose to be liable to you.
