I thought only the Mazda Moly oil was allowed for the Flex schedule? I'm going to be getting an oil change soon and will be asking for the Moly specifically so that I can use the Flexible oil change schedule. I've driven about 9000mi in the year that I've had the car and being in the cold northern states I would follow schedule 2 or 5000mi.

I'd use Mazda moly anyway as it's not much more. Flexible maintenance for oil change can be used for Schedule 2 according to Owner's Manual.

Most dealer's PDI basically is tearing the protective films off and washing the car. I watched our special-ordered CX-5 GT arriving to the dealer with 3 miles on it. They didn't do anything else other than that and filled up the gas. The tires were 32 psi, the oil level was ⅔ between Low and Full. Actually I did check many brand new CX-5's and all of then arrives to the dealership with oil level like that.
Don't bother to buy a bottle of Mazda moly oil to top it off. The engine will burn the oil off and drop the oil level to the same height. This is from my experience.

I finally got the CX5 yesterday, In the Rear Cargo area there was a screen i saw in the demo model which will expand once we open the lift gate. Is that standard or we need to purchase.
I didnt get it in my CX5.
