I have the MS2 almost completely built but am debating whether to run the fs-ze idle with the FS-DE ecu. Will it work well enough at idle to do the trick or do I need to wire it into the MS2 and get a GM step motor style IAC? I'm specifically asking can the FS-DE ecu run the IAC function for the FS-ZE efficiently? The reason I ask this is that the FS-DE ECU is not adequate enough to get proper result out of the FS-ZE in regards to fuel or spark from what I hear....does this mean it will not be able to adjust the idle on start up in cold, or with A/C on????

I don't have any idle problems. I'm using the DE throttle body, intake, and IAC though. Unless the ZE IAC is different, I don't see why it wouldn't work. I'm pretty sure the plugs are the same.

That's cool, I really didn't want to have the MS2 to control the idle anyway but I will make sure the IAC is the same, if not I'll swap it over from the old engine just in case. I'm glad you responded when you did I was about to start shopping for GM IAC's and wiring the MS2 for that lol. Thanks again for the heads up.
