What did you pay for your CX-5?

Just got a quote for ;

Sale Price: $29,094.00 for GT AWD with Tech pack . Is this good ??

That's pretty damn good if it's the selling price without any other incentives like $500 Chase, $500 Mazda loyalty subtracted...

Of course, there's always room for a little more, or in some cases , a lot...

That's good.

but, make sure that's not the price for regular financing. If you're score is really good I'd check with your bank how much they offer for new car financing.

IIRC the $30,895 is the price if you're going with mazda captive financing..

let us know

Can a bank or credit union beat 0-.9% and a $500 incentive to take the loan?

no.

that's why you have to be careful. the unsuspecting consumer will go to the dealer and be happy with $29+++ but the F&I guy will eat you with 6-10% financing fee. :D

personally I always take the captive financing.

Just purchased my Pearl White 2016.5 FWD CX-5 Sport on 1/28. Paid $23,165 plus tax and license. I negotiated pricing from 4 dealers via the internet (Mostly). I'm pretty happy with the price.

New owner of a white Touring with Bose/Tech package! Cash price before trade in was $26718.00. After TT&L and sales tax, with $1000 for my trade in (2004 Hyundai Tiburon) the total came out to $27704. Pretty happy with the whole process and I'm excited for the new ride!

Congrats and welcome to the CX-5 forum!

Can you still get the 2.0L and stick or are they all 2.5L with automatics now?

Didn't want the 2.0, as I was looking for the 2K towing capacity, and LA traffic does not treat stick shift vehicles kindly. So, bottom line, I was never in the market for the 2.0. Are they still available? Don't know.

Got my Manual Transmission Sport for 20,063 + tax here in Socal

There were only about 6 Manuals here in SoCal and only 1 silver which I wanted

Just realized that Canadians don't have the beige/light leather interior with white paint colour exterior. Playing around with the American website, this is a valid combination but not on the Canadian site. Can anyone confirm? Haven't had a chance to pop in a dealership yet.

Supafish9, congrats on your new CX-5! is it FWD or AWD? Did you buy in TX?

I just got a new 2016.5 2.5L soul red sport, and I had a horrible experience with 2 dealers. I called around, and no one would commit to anything over the phone. Most of the ones around here are not willing to come down on the price at all, and one guy told me to buy a RAV4 because there are way more RAV4s than CX5s. I was looking to get one for $22k. They tried to sell me used, beat up 15/16 touring/grand touring models for the same price as new. I got the sport for $23.7xx(sticker) and out the door a little over 25k after fees and what not, and the sticker MSRP is 24,4xx. I looked at a lot of used touring models, and the 16.5 is pretty much a 15/16 touring without fog lights, blind spot monitor, sport has 4 speakers in stead of 6, the handle in the cargo area to fold seats, rear cup holders in the center of rear seats. All of which I could care less about, and it has everything else for Pandora radio, back up camera(didn't want this), and the traffic alert thing works in mine(nav screen is a compass, and it needs sd car to work, but a nav is useless when you have a cell phone to me). Also, I notice the speaker covers on the dash(3 in total) are there, but I'm pretty sure no speakers are in there. You can still get a sport with a manual, but I'm not sure if it is considered a 2016.5. I was going to have mine ordered, and the one I got showed up at the dealer when I was there. If you are in North Georgia, please do not go to Rick Case Mazda in Gwinnett, GA, for I had the worst car buying experience ever from there.

@protege02 - All car dealers in GA are crooks. I recommend paying a visit to Med Center Mazda in Birmingham, AL if you're in the south (Ask for Will). I'm also having great experiences in the northeast with North Penn Imports (Mazda/VW) in Colmar, PA.

My wife and I purchased a our CX5-Touring (Blue Reflex) Touring Edition with no additional add-ons for $24,556 pre-tax. No Trade-in involved.

We are really happy with the car so far!

Just got a 2016 GT with Tech pak and wheel locks for $29094.00 and dealer charge 299.00 so $29394.00 . Had a trade and down payment of $7000.00 . Good deal???
