What have you done to your CX-5 today?

Spare wheel subwoofer install.
Almost done with the sub, just need some screws to mount the speaker and wire connector, some poly-fill and some cutting and gluing some 2x4 and other MDF pieces for stands.
It seems, like it will work just fine, this way.
I think, that I will just skip the speaker grill, it makes it to tall.

Do you, have the spare, tire mounted underneath? Seems like it, will vibrate, a lot. Also, if it is under, the cover, I do not think, you need a grille.

Yes, the spare is under the MDF. It is bolted to the car with a regular hex head bolt. I also cut a 6" rubber gasket and over it a 6" aluminum plate.
I have used two straps and I have tightened it very well. There is no way, that it will vibrate.

2nd oil change with Mazda moly and they had a look at the infotainment unit. HF software version is now 06.03.000, not sure what it was before, lol. Re-paired my phone, again, sure would be nice if it stayed working.

Links came in today.

Tested out the new Tein EFDC Electronic damping force controller that was installed last week , Works as described, hella clean install , lovin it, I now have 32 settings for damping fro front and rear and its got 3 presents that I have customized, full soft, medium, and full hard.
Giant wildwood stoppers next, just need to get the machine work done as I have all them parts ready to go ..

These look great, do you feel the added benefit? Was there any other parts that you needed? http://www.tein.com/products/edfcII.html
Also do you need that front strut, was that added on before or after?

Tiffany's license plates arrived so they have faux diamond frames with faux diamond screws, but CX-5 only has two tops holes pre-drilled so gotta return two pair.

Re bored, one of the wheel's hub diameter bore. Need to test it tomorrow, on how it fits before I make all of them.

Took my CX 5 into the dealer for the complimentary first service, which included oil and filter change.

Bought this camera Made my own connectors and powered it by the rear power outlet. I'm happy with it(headbang). This is on a 2014 fwd sport with 5.8" screen, base radio w/Bluetooth, no navi.

Someone else from Burlington. It is truly a small world.

Bored out all my wheels and also removed 2MM from the mounting surface. They became ET42MM offset wheels. I also had to do this, because there is less thread grabbed by the nuts.

Usually I'm driving this
But then sometimes this

And only when it's sunny this

Don't think I've seen any of them, I'll have to keep an eye out.

Since my current connection is s=l=o=w I'm not going to try posting any pictures. If you are interested look at the MOTM entry thread from the beginning of the year (Jan or Feb?) for what I'm normally racing around in, and the RX-8 "Show your latest" thread for my wife's (although she spends more time in the CX-5 any more).
