retrofit projector kit

Looking to retro fit my msp headlights. http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=291122184370 if I buy these, is this everything I need for it? Or what else do I have to buy? I also found these... http://www.car-parts-accessory.com/...Lens+Retro+Fit+Kit+with+CCFL+Halo+Rings/7688/ ..... Not exactly sure what to get. Someone help!

The projectors have a small pigtail coming off of them (bi-xenon) to hook up to the high beam plug, and the H1 kits will come with the wires/plugs to hook up to the low beams.

Would this come with all the wiring and everything I need to do it? I just have stock headlights right now.

the mini h1 or the mini d2s, plus h4 motocontrol harness, ballasts, bulbs, shrouds and a high beam load unit will cover everything, when I did mine I got it all as a package.
