We've got one going here too. I think Jess is sandbagging because she said she's dropped a crazy number already. I think I'm down 2 from official start date (monday), but could lose more easily if it's warm enough for me to hop on the bike this weekend.

dont you have an indoor trainer? i mean i know its boring staring at a wall inside but its also alot better to stay warm inside than ride in 20 degrees haha

I do. I need to change the tire on the bike wheel. The trainer tore up my one tire. Left a flat spot in the middle of the tire. The thing that sucks is that I accidentally washed my bike computer in my shorts one day. I'd like to keep track of miles ridden, etc, but can't. Minor stuff, but yeah.
