OEM Demio LED headlights

Just noticed that the Demio now has a special trim level that offers LED headlights:

I'd love a set of those, but don't want to think about how much they'd cost.

That is a damn good looking headlight upgrade. It has the LED light tube eyebrow like the new 6 too. Damn, that would be nice. Yeah, though - that would cost buckets right now...

I'm guessing Font probably knows a way of getting his hands on them. I would totally buy them if they were less than $1,000.

The lights are cool, but I really wish we got all those undertray pieces. A total of six on that 1.3 skyactiv, 0 on ours. That car must get some ridiculous mpg's between the air management stuff and the skyactiv drivetrain.

Yeah, but A8's are also expensive cars to begin with. The Shooting Star edition Demio only runs the equivalent of $15k. My guess is that a pair of the LED headlights would run about $750 or so (similar to what the HID version costs).

Also, did anyone notice that it also comes with AKE (proximity key and push-button start)? Sure wish we could get that here too.

The fact that we can't have that disgusts me. The lack of aftermarket parts and JDM/EDM part availability over here makes me want another car sometimes because I will never be able to get the 2 to look how I want it to... but then I drive down a back road and realize why I still own the go cart

I'm super jealous of the headlights and blue lights in the cluster, I don't like the seats or the blinker in the mirror and fender. How many blinkers does this car need lol.

Can't find the power output of the skyActiv 1.3l? Time to google it, but why they don't bring this to North America as a 2014 model?

Chances are for 2014 we'll be getting a whole new platform...the DE is 6 years old already. It's pretty much guaranteed that the new 2/Demio will be Skyactiv-based worldwide.

I was kind of digging the interior myself.

My bet is the headlights are closer to 1k for the pair based on what I have seen in the past.
