NEMOC Random BS Thread

Thank you sir and while a pita it seems to have worked in my favor.

I'll send the wife's car up to ya. Front brakes started squealing last week so shopping around now for pads.

The time of your post leads me to believe that it's not the first time she's been awake this morning. ;)

What's up friends?!?
not much...celebrated our...um, 36 wedding anny yesterday...can't believe it...robin can't believe it either (that she's stuck with me so long!) ;)
apparently my daughter, from the sounds of things..

haha...great one sean!

bruce, glad to hear dad's going to be ok....

jeff, get that thing running already! you still thinking about selling it or giving it to your daughter?

Congrats and Happy Belated Anny to you and Robin! Tam and I celebrated our 18th on Monday hahahaha. If you ask her, she'll tell you it's been '18 looooooooonnnnnnngggggggg years'.

I'm trying man. Haven't heard anything from the guy or my mechanic yet which has me a little unsettled. Another day or two of this and I'll say eff it and let the dealer take it for ~$500 with the mods and get a 2014 6. :) TBH, not really sure if I'll sell now or hold on to her and hope for a few more good years. At this point, I'll be sharing her with my daughter. A good chunk of the money I was going to use for a Miata is going into the engine. :(

thanks jeff! and happy happy to you and tam!
can't go wrong with the new 6!! but the miata would be a whole lot more funa!

Hello from Tejas :)

No wonder everyone around here can get so low, I haven't seen so much as a crack in the road let alone a pothole! The crazy tornadoes that have been happening were all about 3 hours north of me. Even though they were so far, it definitely felt very eerie those couple days.

I hope everyone is doing well. The mountain climb is getting nearer and I'll be posting some final details about the general itinerary on the climb page in a little while. We've got a big influx of registrants this week and we're now up to 57 registrants!

Talk to you all when I'm home. Have a great rest of the week.

howdy partner! ya, looking forward to the climb!

Happy anny to you guys for sure!

My parents had their 30th shortly before I left for China. Every time someone would congratulate them, I would reply "You're welcome!" People would be confused every time, so I'd break it down.

Mom and Dad are married March 30, 1983
Mom's 17th birthday was June 20, 1983
I was born on July 1, 1983.

'Nuff said.

hello friends!

cant wait for the climb so i can see some of you guys again :). i know of course didnt have our spring meet but ill definitely host the fall meet in Farmington if no one else wants to do so. we are all settled in so hosting the meet would go better anytime now than it would have a few weekends back.

i was debating making a weekend out of it by going up to my house in VT friday night and spending the night, then heading to the climb saturday morning, then back to the house. youre welcome to stay the night there as well one of the nights. its in Norwich, VT. exit 13 off I91. about 7 miles off the highway

Morning all. Phen you back yet??

Cold as a witches Boob up here. Dipping into the mid 30's for the next few nites. High of 50!! It was warmer during the cold spells in FL. Been driving Mom's cars for the past few days, 2003 Subaru Impreza SW. Nice little car even for an auto.

Mary likes her new job. Yeah! 2 incomes this summer.

Hey Bruce,

Yep, I'm back. All settled in and cleaning the house like a mad man today. The girl is coming over for the first time on Sunday and I'm paranoid. Haha.

so mark, i assume you are heading up from MA to washington saturday morning then? if so, i can meet you guys off some exit on 91 in VT and we can follow eachother up from there
