I don't know how white text on a black background can be hard to read. That's just dumb!
But as far as past Ohio plates, really the "Beautiful Ohio" plate was the only one I hated. I prefer simple. Give me a background with a contrasting text color and I'm happy.

These current Ohio plates were made by an Ohio art design college, I forget which one. I watched the video on how they were designed (yes, I'm that bored at work).

i have buddies that are PA state troopers, and they bitched about the plates IIRC it was because the plate wasnt painted with the reflective paint so even with the cops headlights on the car it would have pulled over, the plate still could have been difficult to read...
keep in mind that every one of them had one on their personal car so while they bitched about it at work, they didnt seem to mind them too much on their personal car haha

Got one on the wifes car but didnt want to pony up the money when i had my aspire. Tried to get one when i got the p5 and wasnt paying extra for the rainbow version.
My broinlaw is a local cop and has voiced his opinion on my tinted frame vs the actual plate. Lol

I like the black on yellow. But the party plates are yellow so that wouldn't work here. I think for an extra fee you should be able to pick one background color and one accent color for the writing.
I've never seen that style of wheel, which OEM wheels are these? If they were 17s or 18s I may jump on them.

Don't sweat it. I was in 4X4 Mode for almost two years before I lowered my car.
Its been a while since I've been on here. Moving is a giant pain in the butt, but starting to get settled in. My new job is awesome and this whole area is everything I hoped it would be.
There's a lowered P5 on Rota Slipstreams in the parking lot for my apartment but I haven't run into the owner yet.
