What is the best roof rack to get for the 5?

I have a 2010 5 Touring model and want a roofrack. I've seen the Innos and OEM and Thule racks but I kind of want the rack that goes from front to back on each side like this rack.

Does anyone know where to get a rack like this kind?

But even if you got something like that, you can't put accessories on it anyway, I think you need roof bars so you would have to remove that and put an aftermarket setup or get a set of roof bars that are compatible with those front-to-rear racks. I think these racks that come with many cars (usually minivans) are for transporting and tying down mattresses and large boxes. It would add height for sure if you put bars on those things.

The roof rails are overseas only. Search here and you’ll find a few posts about them. One poster dup up the parts diagram and cost for individual components but it ended up costing way too much.

The roof rails alone will not allow you to put on any carrier attachments (bike, ski, basket). You will still need put cross bars (aero or square) ontop for that, granted they are much cheaper.

Thanks for the input. I guess I might go with the Inno rack then. Should I get the fairing with it? I have a sunroof btw.

Your sunroof will not fully open with any rack besides OEM Mazda rack. Believe me, been there done that.

Which would explain why the OEM racks are so bulgy?? Just a hypothesis.

Just bought the inno rack and the sunroof opens all the way with the Inno rack.

I'll take a side pic tomorrow. Don't know if I'm allowed to post where I got it but maybe pm me. I got the rack and fairing for $249 shipped.
