Font Motorsports Mazda 2 Build

Only a little. It did feel good to actually hear people using their horns and various means of expression on the road. Here (GA), a person can sit through an entire green light and not get a single horn honk. Its crazy.

Yeah, we in Miami are kind of assholes. Not me of course. :)

Do you know if you can get the Euro bumper? I like that one more and shipping "might" be less.

This one.

The Thai one still looks really good though.

Shipping - Shipping will definitely not be less unfortunately. About the same price. It's the size and the irregular shape of the box that is what really causes the shipping costs to be so expensive. Not so much the distance shipped.

Angry Faced Bumper - Unfortunately my source in Thailand tells me that this "angry faced" bumper is rare and really hard to find in Thailand. The other option would be SG Petch in the UK as they sell the bumper but they refuse to answer any of my emails asking if they would ship the bumpers over for me. I'm thinking they aren't.

I do however have another way, or rather another person that lives in the UK and that has access to SG Petch ( cough cough JAKE cough cough ) It's up to him though. I'm sure he'd appreciate some compensation for actually going to get the bumper and shipping it out to anyone that wants one. It's all up to JAKE though. ;)

UPDATE
- Finally got my Thai front and rear bumpers painted. Paint job came out great.
Had some surprises that i will share.

Front Thai Bumper - Thai front bumper painted. Had a couple of surprises.

FrontBumperPainted

Front Thai Bumper
- The US front grill fits perfectly except for these little tabs that are on
the Thai bumper. They were in the way so we cut them off. They weren't really needed.
We did add some glue on the tabs we did need just in case.

FrontBumperTabs

Fog Lights
- The US fog lights do not fit the Thia front bumper due to the US fog light
bracket being too small to fit in the larger Thai front bumper location. I've ordered a set
yellow Thai fog lights from Thailand that thankfully were only $200 shipped.

USFoglights

Rear Thai Bumper
- Thai rear bumper painted. Fit perfectly over that metal inner bumper
i had to cut into. Had one issue.

RearBumperPainted

License Plate Bracket
- As you can see i have a huge hole in my rear bumper. That's
because the Thai rear bumper i bought used didn't have it. I did not realize this until the
rear bumper was painted. I also can't get the OEM bracket because apparently I'd have to
buy the whole Thai bumper to get the bracket. Yes, even dealers in Thailand pull this s***.
No used ones around either. So...

Rear Bumper
- I had to make my own license plate bracket. Worked out perfectly! Thank
you Home Depot.

UPDATE - Spoiler Alert!

3dCarbon Mazda 2 Touring Rear Roof Spoiler - Thank you jallways for agreeing to
our trade. Pleasure doing business with you. ;)

As you see it's silver. So i have to paint it. My plan is to paint the OEM Touring spoiler black
to match my black roof ( when i do it ) and have the spoiler on top in white. Painting the
OEM touring spoiler black will kinda hide the fact that there are two spoilers. :)

I'm still not sure if I'll carbon fiber warp the roof and spoiler or just paint them black yet.
Maybe Plasti Dip.

does the plate cover that whooollle hole or do you now have some sweet aerodynamic holes next to your plate. (im serious :P)

It completely covers the hole except for those two parallel slits at the upper left and right. Not that noticeable from most angles. ( I'm serious ) ;)

Like stated before, I don't like to support knock-off brands, but I can't deny the fact that those rims look sick. It'll look nice once everything comes together Rodrigo

Btw, I received the email. That is all.. :P

Daaaang that looks good! REAL good. I like the stance hints I'm getting... Keep it coming. I can't tell exactly from that photo, but are you stepping down to 16s?
