The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

You're not allowed to sell yours without speaking to me first, turkey.

And me... i would rather pay for a new car.

Used ones are going for nearly new prices still (around here at least) so you have to go with 3-5 year old cars, with around 50k miles to get any sort of deal and these arent easy to find. Then, you are usually out of warranty and hoping the previous owner took care of it. Plus, the mpg of cars that are 3-5 years old arent anywhere near the skyactivs. My savings in gas would make up anything gained in paid for price.

Voted for ya rockin'.

Daughter never went to the movies but did get her helix pierced....small little stud right in the middle of her ear. She said it didn't hurt when they got home from the mall but about an hour later she was in the bathroom looking for the aleve. haha

thank you... it is just a huge decision... i need the help of the internets.

seems like a lot of people like turtles though.

Meh. New cars never really interested me. Too many gadgets and gizmos to break. (I said that in my old man voice)

I love gadgets and gizmos! I'm really excited about new cars ability to read text messages to you.

and old cars are nice, but i dont have the time to fix things... and now i will have 3 more years of others fixing things for free... if anything breaks.

Eh, for a NEW car, I'd rock a Boarder Patrol edition of a Raptor in a heartbeat (had I the money) or a new 3.7L F150 without bells and whistles. Other that that, not much catches my eye that I would think of throwing money at.

im getting the most base model hatch i can.

they just throw in automatic climate control and push button start. im not going to complain, but i dont need them.

although, not having all my keys dangling against my knee anymore will be a nice thing... maybe less of a distraction. and the manual transmission will keep me busy.

but bewbs in the passenger seat bouncing with all the ruts in the road might be a distraction.

as cool as the raptor is, everyone around Pittsburgh that owns them are toolbags... none of them will EVER go off road the way that truck was built for, they are just using them as status symbols/penis compensation

i personally am in LOVE with the new Ram trucks, after driving my dad's 2010 Big Horn Edition, i wouldnt hesitate to buy one (that is if i could afford it haha) he has the 4.7 v8 (didnt feel like springing for the hemi and the 4k extra when the 4.7 had more power than any other full size truck hes ever owned) and he regularly pulls 16-17mpgs around town and 19-21 on the highways

I don't care who else owns a Raptor, I want one. I am on construction sites enough (even with the RX7) that I'm sure It would get tons of off road use, plus in the winter, it would be nice to have a capable truck. I also am borrowing my dad's truck enough to haul crap and move boats. It would get its use.

I've been trying to figure out what to get next just in case something happens to the 3. I do like the Skyactive 3s a lot but I'll never get over the styling. Then I think Ford Focus, but to get the one I want I have to get leather.

Then I think should I go for more performance and see if I could get an ST or a GTI. But I can't get an ST anytime soon. GTI maybe?

Then I keep thinking about the CPO Fusion Sport on the lot that's a blast to drive and not quite as confining as the other cars.

Then I just get frustrated and forget it. (lol2)

new 3's are coming in 2014ish
