What have you done to your P5 today?

There is plenty of room to get that gauge wire through the door molex. On both doors there is a nice set of 4 empty pins in a square on the molex. Just drill it out with a drill bit and you are good to go.

New oem sportauto shift knob - same as gray/blk oem except the perforated part on front is black instead of gray. Like this one in post #28..........

getting the molex out can be a pain in the ass.

i did it once, when installing, but when i took everything out... i tried for 20 minutes with no luck, so i just cut the wire.

I got my Clutch Masters Stage 3 clutch from CR3 Motorsports today. Woo-hoo! And my roof rack filler strips from Bikingpro5 all the way from Canada, completely undamaged. Though they did try! haha. Thanks again, guys!

haha glad they made it, i tried to package them the best possible way i could, knew they would try to bend the package.

Yeah man, they were packed great. I had to have a co-worker hold the tube and I pulled them out they were in there so well. haha. Thanks again, mate!

I think the best way to ship the filler strips might be in ABS plumbing pipe with caps glued on. Can't crush or bend that stuff.

would be hard to get them into a smaller pipe since they have a natural bend and shipping would suck for the weight plus the fact customs would want to open the glued pipe.

Pffsht. I'm going to have a photoshoot this weekend after the coilovers go on. I'll show ya a sexy P5. haha

I put on some new control arms this morning, the balljoint on the left-side was pretty loose. Also found out that my MOOG-brand front endlinks are already falling apart, the boots on the left side are torn and the rubber is all cracked and nasty. They're less than two years old...

I don't feel much of a difference in the ride with the new control arms, on the highway the car pulls slightly to the left but I guess that's to be expected. I still have the outer tie rod ends to replace before I go for an alignment, but I'm debating whether I should also replace the front struts and inner tie rod ends, just so everything's nice and new. What do you guys think?

Alamo, I got mine for a KL (Ford Probe GT) so yours would be a different price. Email CR3 and ask, he's got really good prices. :)

Cheese, I am swapping my control arms and coilovers into my P5 this weekend and was thinking about replacing the tie rod ends too for good measure. If you have the extra couple bucks might as well while you're in there. At least the alignment guys will thank you for it. haha. My buddy (fishdonotbounce) swapped his out and said the steering was much better. But his were SUPER toast.

I only said it is the best way, not that it would actually be acceptable. Haha.
