I think a first gen MS3 would look kickass with the 2nd gen hood... Too bad they look different.

I believe I saw a guy graft one onto his 1st gen hood a year or two ago. It looked good, and made the top mount a bit more functional.

I'm declaring today a 90 miata work day. Going to try and install some interior bits like the dash, maybe repaint the interior white first... And possibly roll the fenders and install coilovers and wheels. If anyone is bored shoot me a PM/text and I'll direct you to my house. It's very easy as I'm about 5 minutes from Phen!

Today was headlight replacement day... Old one on top, new one on the bottom.

Someone backed into the front bumper a few years ago.. No damage to the bumper but they cracked the headlight housing which I didn't see until I took the bumper off... All that discoloration is from the inside of the headlight. It finally got to the point where it was hard to see so I bought a new one and replaced it...

Now the passenger's side looks rough.. Haha

It's hilarious when we get a car in the shop that has severely oxidized headlights, and we have to replace only 1 from the accident. Looks awful. haha

Well this is oxidized from the inside.. Not the outside. To fix it I would have to bake the headlight and pull the lens off.. No thanks.

I think HF tools should come with a "some modification required to suit your application" sticker. I picked up an engine stand off of craigslist the other day, and when I put the motor bolts through the tubes to attach it, only about 3/8" worth of thread was sticking out... I wouldn't feel very comfortable hanging ~450lbs off of that, on an aluminum block no less...
