is it a pain to fit 215/40/18 on the p5 rear. with 18x.7.5 speed 3 wheels? i miss that look might go back to it just dont like running the 35 series always makes me think the tires are going to pop lol

I have 215/40 tires on all 4 corners as do a few other people and no issues.

looking for some insight from the few of you that run bigger sized tires....
if all goes as planned, i will be the proud owner of some 17x8 and 17x9 +30 wheels tomorrow.
getting them for super cheap, and they come wrapped in practically new federal 595 in 235 40 17... how much of a pain in the ass will it be to run those tires?

Depends on the offset. I would put the 9's in the front though. The 235's are going to hurt. Why not swap the tires from your Boosts on to them?

LOL nice and damn good price. The 9s are going to have some nice lip. Both of those wheels are going to have a decent amount of poke if you put the 9's in the front (no link kit and not a lot of camber in the rear).

Here's what it's going to look like for you:

FRONT:
17x9 +30
-3 camber
215/40 tires

REAR:
17x8 +30
-2.3 camber
205/40 tires
