Hey guys, I am thinking about looking into getting a 2000 - 2002 Millenia. Are there any kind of aftermarket vendors out there that have products for this car??

not really, there is not much of an aftermarket for these cars; more so with the Millenia S

ok i think you mean the 2001 - 2002... the 2000 has the old body style. the only aftermarket thing so far is coilover. i was part of the firt group buy that got them made. if your looking for an S there isnt much but if your looking for a 2.5 then just about anything you can fit in the engine that the probe and mx6 have on their 2.5...

Yeah, I meant the 01 - 02. I really wanted an S, since they are SC. However, due to the lack of aftermarket support, then I will have to rething this. Thanks man.

if you get the 2.5 and swap in a ZE youll get just about the same amount of power. then throw in a couple aftermarket part (phenospacer, exhuast, headers) and youll blow right past an S. then if you really want to work on the car throw in a turbo.

The reason why I wanted an S is because it already has forced induction. I wanted to just thrown on some springs/coil-overs and some wheels, maybe even an AV system in there, but nothing major. I am trying to keep the mod bug from biting me too hard. Promised the wife.

With all this in mind, I might just get a CX7. I know that the price differences will be significant, but still.

Even though there is a lack of aftermarket support for the Millenia S, you still can modify them, can upgrade the supercharger and build your own short ram intake; Ive heard of some people been using some 2.5 parts on them since the KJ is closely related to the KL-DE. You can also get an easy 50hp by tweaking a few items. There is also a huge power gain by swapping out the worthless 4 speed auto with a manual.

there is a ton of aftermarket if you know what to search. they use the same engine as the ford probe GT and mx6/626. so you can buy custom cams, headers, cam gears, different intake manifolds, can even swap in a 200hp JDm KLZE.

The standard Millenia uses the 2.5 found in the Probe MX6 and 626, which as aftermarket support, the KJ-ZEM in the Millenia S does not have a lot of aftermarket support but still can be modified if you mechanically inclined
