FYI the 03.5 MSP's never had an option for foglights...However there was a set of G3 brackets made to hold a 4"lights with mounting screws on the left and right side...i had a set and made drawings from somewhere.. i also made a different set that gets sandwiched between the bumper and lip, but the one i made uses a foglight that the has the bracket that rotates to the back of the foglight for a single stud mount... let me know if ur interested.
