which it doesnt even do that. the interface between the hood and windshield is a high pressure area, and lifting the hood like that actually draws air into the engine bay and can disrupt the proper flow of air through the radiator. i never understood why someone would do that to a street car...

It helps quite a bit in stop and go traffic, gives the massive amount of hot air the rotary puts off somewhere to go.

Dayem Dude!! That thing was LOUDD!! If it were a piston engine I'd say it was cammed.
It looks like the front end was repainted at one time. Accident? The rest is/was kinda' faded.
