Well its 3-ish am and I am off to Cape Canaveral for (hopefully) the Space Shuttle launch... lets see if we can't get this candle to light and get a few photos

The car dealer job was from 3-9 PM Mon-Fri for $9/ hour. I think I'm going to pass, the money is not much better than my current job and the commute is about 3x as far.
Bummer.

I can't help but wonder what they need a photog to do for 6 hours every day...

our photog works full time... part of the time is taking/posting photos of vehicles, part of the time is making/answering phone calls.

Well, not the BEST conditions to shoot in, nor the BEST equipment, but I will say, for a 5 year old camera, and my little 55-250mm lens, I'm happy with how these turned out. If only it could record the sound of the monster too!

I'll get it again for Atlantis' final launch. BTW, I flew over your neck of the woods 4 times this past weekend. Was flying back and forth between Vero and Ft Lauderdale/Miami. I wagged the wings for ya

Spending a month in Australia/New Zealand so I think it'll come in handy. I thought about getting dedicated wide angel and telephotos, but I figured this was the best option since I don't want to be changing lenses all the time.
