The Puerto Ricans have some of the craziest turbo Protege builds I've ever seen! Especially on the 1st gens. 11 second street car on stock internals...

Nice, that is much lower than mine. What do you have for suspension?
Its just kyb struts with ground control coilovers. Cost 600 for everything I wish I just spent 900 and got real coilovers! Oh well it still handles great given the lack of strut travel lol.

isn't that due to them using the 1.6l and 1.8l engines on the 1st gens?? from what i hear they hold alot more boost way better then our 2.0l.. wonder why that is?? maybe diff compression ratio. or they used better parts on the older models and didn't give a s*** bout the 3rd gens? lol

Well, they do use some parts from KIA cars like the transmission and others, also seen Mustang TB, Turbo 2 RX7 MAF and lot of more invents lol.... Our FS-DE can't handle 750+whp for a long of time. They crack in half...

Well... a BP will fit in a 3rd gen. Corksport put a 500whp BP in a 99...
