I pounded the s*** out of them from the back to knock them off. The first one took about 45mins of beating it. The back of the rotor face is dimpled like crazy. haha! So on the other one I just hit the face of the rotor with the hammer about 10 times. It cracked the top hat of the rotor but the rotor came loose and slid right off.
I double checked the How-To on here and all the Cali guys are like "Yeah, it should just slide right off.". Turkeys. I've got 8 years of snow, salt and rain up in there. Aint nothing on my car "slides right off". haha! But they're not too bad, Simon.
You've replace the front rotors before. I'm not sure why yours were so stubborn. I hope you gave the back side of the rotor a healthy dosing of never-seize.
