Who wants a free FMIC kit for their speed6 in the Los Angeles area?

I get what your saying... But to be honest on the ms6 I ran a occ on top for a few months and there was absolutely nothing. So the bottom occ is the way to go. Immature have to see if you can still add one. In comparison with the price of other kits that's not too bad... And the location is a little low I guess... I will provide them with that feedback, maybe the bracket can be raised a little.

Any shots with the front bumper on? The core looks tall and looks like it will stick out all ugly like. Also, whats going on with the washer reservoir? Haven't seen much to make this kit better than the altered images FMIC

The front washer reservoir will not need to be moved, the whole idea they had on the kit was to make it easier to install, without needing to relocate anything.

As far as the FMIC with front bumper, there are no shots because I was told that they would need to unfortunately trim some of the under guard of the bumper and they didn't want to do that without me knowing, so I have the FMIC in my garage, not the piping or anything, so that I can trim the guards. However I have been slammed with school work and work so I haven't had time, should have time in the next week or so, maybe if the FMIC is able to be lifted up a bit it would prevent the guard from having to be trimmed.

just talked with him at a meet last night, he didnt mention any new updates.
so im assuming there hasnt been any movement.
still waiting on him to trim the underguard, for fmic fitment, then go back to the shop to fit the piping in.

No updates yet.... I haven't heard from them, they did say that it was going to take a few weeks to manufacture the piping.

And Batou is partly right, I do have to trim the underguard, however that is not holding up the fitting. The piping was sent for manufacturing when they test fit everything.

Still waiting to see how many people are interesting in purchasing a kit so I can tell the guy to set up a group buy.

thx for the word.
wish i could join any GB interest claude, but if i was goin to, it wouldnt prolly be for a full year.

So it's been almost another month, any further development with this? Would like to see more pics and details/impressions of the final product?

chatted with claude the other day... he is hoping to get the piping back and installed within a week.
im sure he'll post up pics n such.

I emailed kevin a couple days ago and he said the kits were ready. I checked the CXracing website but they still arent on there yet. ClaudeG do you have your kit yet?

Talked to him a few days ago, forgot to post. idk why he aint updating...

anyway he mentioned he does have the full kit and the final fitted pipping.
As for fitment all the piping seems good, but it looks like you still have to cut some of the bar off above where the IC mounts (crash bar?).
so he is hesitant to continue with full install. Last i heard he was still deciding... performance wise, still no word if he actually checked performance with a mock hookup.

Well I just bought one of the CXRacing FMIC kits today and it ran me $550 shipped to my door. Nice price. I will keep posting on here with pics and updates as soon as I get it.

Thats not bad at all. With all the parts for my custom kit through cx racing, local shops, ebay. My finished product cost me just under $500, and 2 days of work.
