What have you done to your P5 today?

have you gotten it yet?

Nope, and I won't have it for another week or two. I have to go pick it up at a forwarding company but not until the rest of my order arrives (as well as some amazon s***). If you really want to know quickly email rockauto, their customer service is very good.

Hey guys what is the best sway bar setup for the P5? Considering the racing beat in front and progress for the rear.After adding a carbing front strut bar I got a remarkable increase in cornering ability.
Presently I am looking to upgrade the rear since the hatchback tend to have more body roll than the sedans.

I currently have a P5 with a 1.5 zlve rated at 130 hp, SRI, Tein s-tech drop springs, exedy stage 1 clutch, 15x7 oz racing rims, will post pics later.

Took mine to a dealership with my friend so he can test drive a '08 Speed3. pretty quick. only 18k miles on the motor, in black... after taxes and stuff it was around $18,995. Its seems bone stock.. just had a pep boys airhorn thing which was dumb. other than that it was pretty damn clean. anyone know if thats a good price?

GT or sport? That seems like an OK price for the stuff you listed. I'd try to talk it down just a bit more but I doubt the dealer will take much off.

car original list price was 18,995. the dealer took off a thousand for the internet price,17,995, then another thousand if you finance through them, which my friend will be doing. so 16,995, so after taxes, transfer fees and all that bulls*** it came to 18,995 i believe. which seems to be a good price, considering its only got 18K miles. might be able to talk down a lil because of the scratch on the door. its one decent size scratch on the right bback door. it was pretty damn deep. I went to feel it with my fingernail, and got caught in the scratch. but nothign a lil touchup paint cant cover for now. other than that it seems nice. needs a washhhh n wax thats for sure. lol

upgrade ya struts and endlinks. Or wait and then your struts will be blown as well as endlinks (because of drop springs and I get a hint you drive it hard)... so IMO do it before it happens (^;
I went with Tokico struts hp series (slight performance upgrade) and the AWR rear sway bar and endlinks... car rides amazing now. If you got the cash ive heard people rave about some yellow coil-overs for sale now at protege garage (i think)

its a Sport BTW. Leather Black interior with the red stitching. popup navigation screen, (which is awesome)

oh you mean the 3.3 inch nav that you cant see? s*** my ipod touch is bigger I think... hell I think my cell phone is bigger. Other than that and the torque steer I loved the car.

^ i would steer away from the 2.3 DISI engine though, unless you have money to upgrade the turbo, its going to be taking a s*** real soon
my mom has a 09 CX7, with 50k miles, and the turbo is gone, it'll smoke up a parking lot at times

luckily we recorded it and gave it to the dealership when we turned the car in, Mazda is replacing the turbo under warranty

Installed my wink mirror yesterday thing look's good.Gotta make a tough choice by the end of the week... Bc's or yellow speed coilover's what to do....what to do......
