TWM Performance and NASA Great Lakes / Midwest Regions (http://www.nasagreatlakes.com) have combined to bring all Speed 3 owners a special offer. The first 4 Speed 3 owners to purchase our Full Replacement Shifter Kit will receive a certificate for a Hyperdrive ( a $60 value) at a 2011 NASA Great Lakes/ Midwest Event.

Hyperdrive is an introduction to HPDE (High Performance Driving Event), where you will be paired with an instructor for 30 miniutes of track time and 30 minutes of classroom sessions as well. There will be various seminars on brakes, safety equipment, ride alongs and great racing. At the end of the day, you will be invited to attend a cook out, where there is plenty of food and drink for all.

Some of the tracks where NASA Great Lakes/Midwest ran in 2010 were MId-Ohio, Gingerman, Blackhawk Farms, BeaveRun, Putnam Park and Autobahn Park in Illinois. We expect to run at these tracks in 2011

Here's how this offer works: be one of the first four Speed 3 owners to purchase TWM's (www.twmperformance.com) full replacement shifter. Once your order has been confirmed, you will be mailed a a gift certificate entitling you to one free Hyperdrive at a track of your choice. Once you have picked a track and a date, we'll forward you a code that will activate your certificate for the track and date you have chosen. The schedule will be out in December and once posted you will be able to register for the event of your choice.

Purchase your replacement shifter kit, test it out on the track of your choice, experience the feel of smoother, shorter shifts and the solid feel of TWM's Full Replacement Kit for Mazda's 1st and 2nd Gen Speed 3's.

See you at the track in 2011!

Hmmmmm....I really want this, but I don't have the funds unfortunately.

I was going to ask my parents for an intake for xmas, but I think I'm going to ask them for this as an early xmas present :)

I will look into it to see if there is enough of a market for it. Also, you do have access to our short shfter and knobs and you can upgrade the bushings as well for a better feel. I will see what sort of package(s) we can come up with.

The full replacement shifter is awesome, but just can't afford it right now. You gotta pay to play, but I like playing on a budget! I hope these sell well for you Marlon, and if you offer other packages and deals I'm sure sales will increase even more!

Here is the answer for you NA 3 owners

Hi Marlon,

We have yet to test our FR shifter in a first generation Mazda 3. We think
it will fit, but we'll have to changed the design a little bit to delete
the reverse lock mechanism that the Mazda 3 doesn't have.

For the 2010 Mazda 3, the FR will fit the 6 speed. The 5 speed will work,
but again, they will have a RL mechanism that they won't need.

Besides this, let's start a group buy for Mazda 3 shifters with or without
a knob. We normally offer 10%, let's see how many people we can get!

With only one modification:

5-14 orders: 10% off
15+ orders: 15% off

Great for the other FR!

You have two options, you can see if teh current model will fit or wait to see if they produce a FR kit for the 5 speeds. It looks like we are getting a number of request for the 1st gen 3's to possibly warrant a little R & D.

my bad, i meant to say would i have to sell my current shifter and bushings in order to install the FR? no change they would take it back?
