Sure, Vermont depends on how far North you want to go.
South: Mt. Snow
Central: Killington
North: Sugarbush
Way North: Stowe
Might as well be in Canada: Jay Peak

Of the 3, Killington has the best nightlife, but it is also the most expensive. Sugarbush is more of a family mountain but it has plenty of expert terrain to keep ski bums happy. I've skied my brains out at Mt. Snow. Despite being in Southern Vt, it can get pretty cold. They don't have a gondola like Killington. Down side to Mt. Snow is that there are a lot of asshole New Yorkers that ski there.
